The Chancery Rosewood has recently opened in the prestigious Mayfair district, and we are seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionists to join our Front Office team. This is a great opportunity to work in a newly opened Rosewood property and help create exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive.
As a Guest Relations Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests. Your role is to provide a warm welcome, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, and deliver personalized service that makes each guest’s stay memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete the check-in process with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their stay.
- Offer accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and nearby attractions.
- Manage reservations, special requests, and guest feedback in a professional manner.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer service role is preferred.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences aligned with Rosewood’s Relationship Hospitality philosophy.
