Hours: 20 hours per week, 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 5 days a week (including weekends)

About the Role:
Join the professional Housekeeping Team at Thornbury Castle, a stunning Tudor castle hotel set on 15 acres near Bristol. You’ll help create a memorable 5-star experience for guests by keeping the castle’s rooms and communal areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hotel communal areas to high standards (vacuuming, dusting, polishing)
- Clean and refresh guest bedrooms and bathrooms, including changing linen and towels
- Restock guest room supplies (linen, amenities, and collaterals)
- Engage politely with guests when required
- Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties (full training provided)
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
