Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily café operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
- Lead, support, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to reduce waste.
- Create staff schedules, assign duties, and provide training when required.
- Track daily sales and prepare performance reports for management.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support marketing activities to promote the café and attract more customers.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in kitchen operations, food production, and barista duties is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling busy or stressful situations.
