Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and lead a high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily retail activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations to ensure high service standards and consistent business performance
- Oversee repair services for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and smartwatches, ensuring accurate diagnostics, quality control, and timely service
- Supervise inventory management and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of quality parts and products
- Monitor sales performance across repairs, refurbished devices, and accessories, implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Resolve escalated customer complaints, warranty claims, and technical service issues in a professional manner
- Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management to support business planning and decision-making
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a retail management role, including team supervision and sales operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent organisational and merchandising skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer service best practices
