Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at Rosewood London. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining guest bedrooms and suites to the highest luxury standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and refresh guest bedrooms and suites to a high standard
Attend daily team briefings and training sessions
Prepare and organise your cleaning trolley and supplies for the day
Manage assigned rooms efficiently and update progress using a communication device
Maintain exceptional attention to detail to meet luxury service standards
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver excellent guest experiences
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Passion for providing excellent guest service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks
