We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store operations and drive sales growth. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £28,000–£31,500 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high service standards.
- Manage staff, foster teamwork, and motivate team performance.
- Monitor repair operations for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and smartwatches, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Supervise stock control and supplier relationships to maintain inventory of high-quality, warranty-backed components.
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue and margins.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and warranty issues professionally.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven retail management experience, including supervising teams and managing sales operations.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
