We are a vibrant Louisiana-style pub located in the heart of London, known for our Southern hospitality, lively atmosphere, and high-quality food and drinks. We are currently seeking a full-time Bartender to join our dynamic and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to a high standard
- Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked and operating efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during busy service periods
- Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverages with guests
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is essential (cocktail experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beers, and wines
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
