About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Assistant to join the Housekeeping Team in a luxury care home in Norbury. This role plays an important part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring residents’ clothing and linens are well cared for, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, and maintain residents’ clothing and linen
- Ensure all laundry is handled with care and returned in excellent condition
- Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team
- Follow care home procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous laundry or housekeeping experience (preferred)
- Must have the right to work in the UK
