Role Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse/Stores Assistant to join our team on-site at our customer location in Partington. You will support store operations, collaborate with site engineers, and act as the face of Hayley Dexis for the customer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience, stock control knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and checking orders accurately
- Supporting site engineers with stores requirements
- Stock control and inventory management
- Receiving goods and deliveries
- Collections using on-site Hayley vehicle (if required)
- Supporting the stores and buying team with updates and requirements
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP or Maximo preferred
- Forklift experience advantageous
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Previous warehouse, engineering, or manufacturing experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate)
