Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced hospitality professional to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders, including handling dietary requirements
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages
- Manage a section efficiently, serving multiple tables
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional restaurant environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic numeracy skills for handling bills and payments
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and professional appearance
