About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced, late-night environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service, taking and fulfilling orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and surfaces
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Manage time effectively during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of drink preparation and serving techniques
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Working Hours
- Friday & Saturday evenings (late-night shifts)
- Operating hours: 9:00pm – 3:00am
