We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join the Fodder Kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and working in a fast-paced cafe environment.
⭐ Role Overview:
You’ll be helping with the daily running of the café and takeaway, making sure customers receive a warm welcome and excellent service. You’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, prepare beverages to barista standard (training provided), and support smooth daily operations.
🍽 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude
- Take orders quickly and accurately, including upselling when appropriate
- Prepare hot and cold drinks to a high standard
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Handle payments
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP procedures)
- Maintain cleanliness and support high-quality service
