We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic Ice Cream Van Drivers to join our busy team for the summer season.
Job Details
- Location: Peterborough
- Pay: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour
- Contract: Zero hours (casual), part-time or full-time available
- Hours: Flexible rota (approx. 10–40 hours per week)
- Shifts: Weekdays, weekends, or weekend-only options available
About the Role
This is a varied and customer-facing role involving:
- Serving ice creams, drinks, and desserts in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating a soft-serve ice cream machine
- Handling payments using a till and card machine
- Keeping the van clean and well-presented at all times
- Driving the ice cream van on assigned routes, static sites, or events
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, outgoing, and reliable attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Good customer service skills
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
