Pay: £13.80 – £14.45 per hour

About the role
At Lidl, every team member plays an important part in keeping things running smoothly. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll ensure stores receive the right stock at the right time, helping keep shelves full for customers.
Your role will involve picking, packing, and handling a wide range of products. You’ll work independently through orders using headset instructions and take pride in accurate, efficient work that supports the wider supply chain.
This is a fast-paced role where reliability, focus, and teamwork make a real difference.
What you’ll do
- Pick products accurately using headset instructions and complete orders efficiently
- Pack items including fresh, frozen, chilled, and ambient goods
- Handle temperature-controlled stock (with additional pay for freezer work down to -18°C)
- Ensure deliveries are safely stacked and correctly prepared
- Report any damaged or incorrect stock
- Work independently to complete daily targets
