We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities team at Chartwells. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for students and staff.
Working Pattern
You will typically work mornings, Monday to Friday. No weekend shifts are currently scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across assigned areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming surfaces and floors
- Cleaning and sanitising touchpoints, windows, and other surfaces regularly
- Responding quickly to spillages and carrying out ad-hoc cleaning tasks
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Replenishing cleaning supplies when required
- Working as part of a team to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
What We’re Looking For
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A positive, hands-on approach to work
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
- Flexibility and willingness to support the team as needed
