About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our guest rooms. Working closely with your team and other hotel departments, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable stay.
You’ll represent Leonardo Hotels by upholding our values of respect, fairness, and teamwork while contributing to a positive and professional hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Dusting, polishing, and vacuuming rooms and public areas
- Changing bed linen and replenishing towels and amenities
- Stripping and making beds efficiently and carefully
- Reporting maintenance issues and health & safety concerns
- Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily targets
Full training will be provided so you feel confident in delivering high-quality service from day one.
