As our business continues to grow, we are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at our Battersea site.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support key warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring goods are accurately checked into stock
- Organise and maintain warehouse inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Load vehicles safely and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety procedures and food handling standards
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
- Support multiple warehouse functions as required
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid Reach Truck Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse or goods-in experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A reliable, responsible, and safety-focused approach
- The ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks
- Good numeracy, literacy, and record-keeping skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work across different warehouse duties
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
