- Age 21+: £12.71 per hour + personal sales commission

The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of a small, supportive store team helping customers bring their home improvement ideas to life. This role goes beyond traditional retail—it’s about offering advice, inspiration, and excellent service while helping to drive store sales.
You don’t need prior knowledge of tiles or retail, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers choose the right tiles and design solutions for their projects
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to both retail and trade customers
- Build strong relationships with regular trade customers
- Support sales growth through excellent customer service
- Learn product knowledge through training and in-store experience
- Assist with general store duties, including handling and moving stock
