Job Summary
We are looking for a Casual Driver to join our Aftersales Team at Snows. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering customer vehicles safely and efficiently, supporting our Service Executives and helping ensure a smooth customer experience.
This is a flexible, zero-hours position where working hours are offered on an ad-hoc basis. You may be contacted at short notice and asked to work a few hours in the morning and/or afternoon depending on business needs. You will also be required to return home during waiting periods of more than 30 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles as directed by Service Executives
- Carry out basic vehicle inspections before and after collection/delivery
- Refuel vehicles when required
- Complete all required paperwork accurately, including digital records and photographs
- Represent Snows professionally as a customer-facing ambassador
- Follow instructions and respond promptly to operational needs

Essential Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Basic IT skills (PC, Microsoft Office, web use)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a driving or customer service role
- Demonstrated reliability and strong personal performance record
