Role Overview
As a Restaurant Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting front-of-house operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and drink orders quickly and accurately from kitchen and bar to guests
- Operate the POS system and handle payments
- Keep buffet stations stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for new guests
- Greet guests at the entrance and seat them appropriately
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across dining and service areas
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist guests as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not required
- Positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
- Basic understanding of food hygiene (training provided if needed)
