Job Type: Full-time (30 hours per week)
Location: Wandsworth / Clapham Junction Station
Shift Pattern: Weekdays 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with occasional later finishes if deliveries are delayed). Availability required for weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
About the Role
Join SSP’s busy warehouse team and play an important role in keeping our hospitality operations running smoothly. SSP works with well-known brands including M&S, Starbucks, Burger King, and BrewDog across airports, train stations, and motorway services throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, move, and replenish stock efficiently.
- Complete stock-related paperwork, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory records.
- Ensure food storage, safety, and handling procedures are followed.
- Unload deliveries and store products safely to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate stock levels using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Report any stock or operational issues to the management team.
- Help maintain a clean and organised warehouse and shop environment.
- Support the team in meeting brand and quality standards.
About You
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be aged 18 or over due to handling alcohol and certain job responsibilities.
