Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately using cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
- Operate POS systems efficiently while ensuring accurate transaction processing.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and resolve payment-related queries professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional checkout area.
- Follow company cash-handling procedures, financial policies, and data protection standards.
- Support front-of-house operations during busy periods as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing hospitality or retail role is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and electronic payment processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
