About the Role

No previous retail or tile experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist both trade and retail customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Inspire customers with creative ideas for colours, styles, layouts, and designs.
- Use product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Requirements
