Well Pharmacy is looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Community Delivery Driver to join its team in Poynton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, helping people, and delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the local community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Community Delivery Driver, you will:
- Deliver prescription medications and healthcare products safely and on time to customers.
- Collect prescriptions from GP surgeries when required.
- Complete all mandatory legal and compliance training.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Update pharmacy systems with delivery information and key performance data.
- Provide excellent customer service while building positive relationships with patients and pharmacy colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A full UK driving licence.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good local area knowledge.
- Flexibility to work varying delivery schedules.
- A caring and professional attitude, particularly when supporting vulnerable members of the community.
