About the Role
WGC, the UK’s leading outsourced hotel services company, is looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at Delta Hotels Bristol City Centre.
As a Room Attendant, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort for hotel guests. Your work will play an important role in creating an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards.
- Replenish linen, toiletries, and guest amenities.
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle and report lost property.
- Ensure appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and report any faults.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service.
