About the Role
Bayley and Sage is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Members to join its independent food stores across South West London.
With 14 stores serving local communities, Bayley and Sage is passionate about quality food, excellent customer service and creating an inclusive workplace where employees can learn and develop.

- Chelsea
- Fulham Road
- Northcote Road
- Turnham Green
- Parkgate Road
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
- Receive and process fresh, ambient, packaging and consumable deliveries.
- Stock shelves and create attractive product displays.
- Rotate stock and check sell-by/use-by dates.
- Record stock and date information accurately.
- Serve customers and process transactions.
- Pack customers’ groceries.
- Dispose of waste correctly.
- Complete general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store.
