About the Role
Aramark UK is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join its team at the Accenture site in London.
You’ll be responsible for preparing quality hot and cold drinks, serving customers, operating the till, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the café unit.
Previous barista experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold beverages to the required standards.
- Create and serve specialty coffees and develop your latte art skills.
- Operate the till and process cash and card payments accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and upsell products where appropriate.
- Serve food, cakes, and other products while following food safety procedures.
- Clean and maintain the café and dining areas.
- Dispose of waste and complete daily cleaning duties.
- Restock, rotate, and correctly date products throughout the day.
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is desirable but not required.
- A passion for coffee and customer service.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Ability to successfully complete required security vetting and DBS checks.
