What you’ll do
As a Hotel Team Member, you’ll work across different areas of the hotel to help make every guest’s stay comfortable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Supporting guests throughout their stay
- Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Working with colleagues across different departments
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
