About the Role
TK Maxx is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Retail Associates to join the team at our Altrincham store.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Assist customers with their questions and shopping needs.
- Operate tills and process customer transactions.
- Support customers in the fitting rooms.
- Help with stock and backroom operations.
- Keep the store clean, organised and inviting.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Take part in training and development opportunities.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
- A reliable and supportive team player.
- A good communicator who listens to customers and colleagues.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
- Well organised and able to manage changing priorities.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
No previous retail experience is required — full training will be provided.
