Working Hours
- Shifts generally start between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.
- Typical shifts are approximately 6–7 hours.
- After successfully completing your probation period, a 12:00 pm–6:00 pm shift may also become available.
- Weekend availability is required.
- We normally expect employees to work 5 shifts per week. If you are unable to work 5 shifts, please let us know what availability you can offer.
Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest bedrooms and assigned areas to a high hotel standard.
- Respecting guest privacy and ensuring their personal belongings are treated with care.
- Providing friendly and attentive service to enhance the guest experience.
- Replenishing toiletries, room supplies, and other amenities when required.
- Reporting maintenance problems, damage, or other issues promptly.
- Working closely with other hotel departments to respond to guest requirements.
- Following all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
What We’re Looking For
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Can work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Is friendly, approachable, and attentive to guests’ needs.
- Can identify and report issues such as damage or maintenance problems.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Is reliable, responsible, and able to work weekends.
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality.
