About the Role
At H. Samuel, our Sales Associates help customers Celebrate Life & Express Love. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused people to join our store team as Temporary Part-Time Sales Associates.
You’ll play an important role in creating memorable shopping experiences, helping customers find the perfect jewellery, watches or gifts for special occasions.
You don’t need previous jewellery experience. What matters most is your enthusiasm, positive attitude and ability to connect with customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive experiences for every customer.
- Build your knowledge of our jewellery, watches, gifts and brands.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Help the store achieve its sales targets and maintain strong performance.
- Stay up to date with new products and confidently answer customer questions.
- Work as part of a supportive and friendly store team.
- Be available to work weekends, Bank Holidays and additional hours during busy periods when required.

Previous jewellery or retail experience is helpful but not essential, as full training and development opportunities are available.
