The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our growing UK team in Harrow.
This is an excellent opportunity for people looking to begin a career in retail as well as candidates with previous customer service or retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you will:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist customers in finding suitable products.
- Process purchases and payments accurately.
- Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery.
- Replenish stock and maintain well-presented displays.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming shop floor.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
