Your Responsibilities
As a member of the Memory With You vendor network, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding client requirements and preparing accurate quotes

- Working collaboratively with other vendors when events require multiple professionals
- Providing high-quality images, videos, or examples of your work for your profile
- Meeting agreed deadlines and fulfilling confirmed bookings professionally
Requirements
We are looking for reliable and professional individuals or businesses with:
- Proven experience in your chosen event, creative, hospitality, or professional service
- A strong portfolio or examples of previous work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and responsive approach to client enquiries
- The ability to clearly explain your services and pricing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
- Relevant qualifications, licences, certifications, and insurance where applicable
- A professional approach to working directly with clients
- Experience with weddings, private events, corporate events, or special occasions is desirable
