Two part-time Teaching Assistant positions are available — one in Nursery and one in Year 3. The role is ideal for someone caring, patient and passionate about helping children succeed.
👩🏫 Main Responsibilities
- Support pupils individually, in groups and in the classroom
- Assist teachers with learning activities and resources
- Support children with SEND
- Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils during break/lunchtime when required
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
- Patient, caring and enthusiastic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to take initiative and solve problems
- Understands safeguarding and safer working practices
