About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team in Harrogate. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring every guest enjoys their experience.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working in fast-paced environments, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety and licensing regulations at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage payments efficiently
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and act responsibly to ensure safety
- Restock bar supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience
