Key Responsibilities:
- Clean windows on residential and commercial properties using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including ladders and water-fed poles.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Keep work areas organized and ensure all equipment is securely stored after use.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills to maintain client satisfaction and build positive relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to working safely at heights.
