About the Role
We are looking for a Laundry Assistant to join our team on a part-time apprenticeship basis. This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently while also providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, face-to-face customer service
- Washing, drying, ironing, and folding laundry to a high standard
- Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks effectively
- Handling basic maths and English tasks related to the role
Requirements
- Previous laundry or ironing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Basic maths and English skills
- Ability to travel to Alvechurch by train or car
Working Hours
- Two weekdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Three Saturdays per month: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.22 per hour
