Hours: 2 days per week (mainly Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) – 2 × 6-hour shifts

We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier / Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is polite, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys providing excellent customer service. You will be part of a team that delivers an exceptional retail experience and puts customers first.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly, energetic manner
- Serving customers promptly and courteously
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting with queries
- Promoting the Diamond Club membership to customers
- Organising customer deliveries
- Handling takings and completing relevant reports and spreadsheets
- Performing other duties as requested by your Line Manager
