About the Role
The Range is expanding and seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our Imperial Park store team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our warehouse and contribute to our ongoing success.
You will report directly to your Line Manager and work closely with the team to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service across the department and support team performance
- Manage stock control and investigate discrepancies
- Handle goods in and goods out efficiently
- Operate and manage the trade counter
- Assist customers with product-related queries
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety procedures
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes and systems
- Report on departmental performance and key KPIs
About You
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and proactively solve problems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
