About the Role
Join Leonardo Hotels, a community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland, as a Room Attendant. You’ll be a key member of the Housekeeping team, ensuring our rooms are spotless and welcoming for every guest.
You’ll work closely with the Head Housekeeper and other hotel departments to create memorable experiences, while upholding company and hotel-specific service standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hospitality experience, receive full training, and enjoy flexible working hours with opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Dusting, polishing, and vacuuming rooms and public areas
- Refreshing towels and linen as required
- Stripping and making beds
- Cleaning bathrooms to a high standard
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Working as part of a team to exceed guest expectations
