About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join the team at Boundary Outlet in Walsall. Our in-store coffee shop is a welcoming space where customers can relax, recharge, and enjoy quality food and drinks as part of their shopping experience.
As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere while delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards across the coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, snacks, and light meals
- Operate the till and handle payments accurately
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the coffee shop
- Restock supplies and ensure the area remains organised
- Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail, especially regarding food preparation and hygiene
- Previous coffee shop or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
