Window Cleaner – Part-Time

About the Role

Invisible Window Cleaning is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Window Cleaner to join our growing team in Bristol. We focus on customer satisfaction and team enjoyment, aiming to be the city’s best window cleaning company. This is a hands-on, physically active role with opportunities for growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial windows using water-fed poles and traditional techniques.
• Clean all frames, sills, doors, and other areas to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Look for extra tasks such as gutters, downpipes, or other detailed cleaning.
• Maintain company vans and equipment in excellent condition.
• Support team growth by sharing successes, challenges, and best practices.
• Occasionally assist with marketing activities like flyering or door-to-door promotions (commission-based).

Growth Opportunities

• Training in gutter cleaning using the Gutter Vacuum.
• Learning administrative and round-building tasks.
• Training new team members and taking on leadership responsibilities.
• Potential to lead geographical expansion or start your own home service business with company guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in window cleaning (technique will be assessed).
• Physically fit to perform demanding tasks daily.
• Able to work independently or in a two-person team.
• Driving licence required.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and respectful of colleagues, customers, and equipment.

Work Schedule

• 4 or 5 days per week, depending on preference.
• Flexible days off (Tuesday or Thursday) if working 4 days.
