Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team in Leamington Spa. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Verify legal drinking age and comply with licensing laws.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory to prevent shortages.
- Follow food safety and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a lively, organised, and efficient bar environment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably as a bartender.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol licensing regulations.
- Strong serving skills and excellent customer service.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Personable and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
