Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Brownhills. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving business goals. Working closely with the Store Directors, you will support and guide your team to provide excellent service and make the right decisions for every customer.
This position is ideal for a natural leader who enjoys coaching others, building strong relationships, and creating a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain high performance standards
- Lead, support, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Work with Store Directors to achieve business targets and store objectives
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain strong organisation and attention to detail across store operations
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers and staff

Requirements
- Previous people management experience
- Optical industry experience is required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about working with people
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends
