Overview:
Join KAR UK LTD as a Warehouse Operative and become an integral part of our warehouse operations. This role involves handling stock efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and assisting with order fulfillment. No prior experience is necessary, as full in-house training—including forklift and bendy truck operation—is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, manage, and dispatch incoming and outgoing stock accurately
- Pick and pack orders for timely dispatch
- Operate forklifts and bendy equipment safely (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to operate forklifts and bendy equipment is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to changing workflows
