Role Overview
As a Showroom Assistant, you will support both the setup of luxury sales events and assist during the first days of each sale, ensuring a seamless and high-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Event Setup:
- Receive and process weekly stock deliveries
- Prepare product zoning, merchandising, and categorization
- Price and tag products accurately
Event Sales:
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalised service
- Actively engage in cross-selling to maximise sales and achieve targets/KPIs
- Stay informed about brand and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints, escalating to line manager if needed
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising
- Ensure security and vigilance to prevent product theft
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
