We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Cafe Assistant to join our team at our Bristol location. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, food preparation, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Pay: £12.21 – £20.33 per hour
Schedule: Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with basic food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash or card payments
- Keep the café clean and well-organised, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas
- Restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering is helpful but not essential (training provided)
- Experience in a café or barista role is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work during busy periods, including weekends
