Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week (46.3 weeks per year)
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated part-time Cleaner to join our facilities team at Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: Morning shifts
- Saturday & Sunday: Not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness across designated areas, ensuring high hygiene standards
- Perform routine tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming
- Regularly clean and sanitise surfaces, floors, windows, and high-touch areas
- Respond promptly to spillages and additional cleaning needs
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on cleaning role
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
- Flexible and dependable approach to work
