We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Services Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy high street retail food outlet. This is a flexible, zero-hours role, ideal for someone who enjoys varied shifts and working in a fast-paced environment.
As part of a leading UK food service team, you will help deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food for customers
- Create attractive food displays to enhance customer experience
- Handle payments and operate the cash register accurately
- Maintain strict Food Safety and Hygiene standards at all times
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
