Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Window Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across both residential and commercial properties, ensuring windows are left spotless and streak-free. This role requires professionalism, good communication, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows at ground level and at height using appropriate tools and safety equipment
- Apply specialist cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free, professional results
- Maintain and care for cleaning equipment, reporting any faults or issues promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure safe working practices at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to understand their needs
- Manage daily schedules and complete jobs within agreed timeframes
- Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Ability to commute to Coventry for morning pick-ups (CV8 / Wolston area)
- Previous experience in window cleaning is an advantage but not required (full training provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work at height using ladders or other access equipment safely
